My infant son will be 3 months old in one week. It’s unreal how much faster time goes by with two kids than with one. I feel like he should still only be a month old! With the time seemingly moving faster, my post pregnancy workout has somehow(totally unrelated to my laziness, lack of motivation, and extreme fatigue) been delayed this far.
My lack of exercise(though, chasing a toddler around the house probably can be considered exercise…) coupled with my inhuman eating practices that consists of a bite of my toddler’s oatmeal in the morning, a bag of chips for lunch, an energy drink, and a small plate of cold dinner(because it’s always cold by the time I can sit down) in the evening has proven to be a pretty bad formula for losing weight. SO, here’s to change!!
